Day 1

MzsI made a yummy new recipe last night, it is a sausage sauté skillet.
2 Jennie O lean turkey sausage links
2 red potatoes diced
1 Vidalia onion chopped
1 green bell pepper chopped
1 TB olive oil
Pepper to taste 

Chop onion, pepper, potato, and place in large non stick skillet with olive oil. Sauté on low-med heat until soft. Slice the 2 turkey sausage links and add to skillet, sauté additional 5-10 min or until sausage is cooked thru.

Fat: 17.5
Protein: 21.5
I actually had half a red pepper and half a green pepper that I used when I made this batch.

This is a yummy and very filling dinner.
For additional taste I tossed in some light southwest dressing when I ate it leftover.

A new workout I have found on YouTube that I really enjoy is P90X.
